The young , 30 years old Lucille Ball doing some surprising mugging for the pictures taken by the even younger , skinny , boyishly handsome Desi Arnaz before the drinking , the cigarettes and the constant womanizing ravished him . Ms Ball must have fallen for him like a ton of bricks . Ms Ball was all skin and bones before she had many helpings of Annaz ' favorite dish , chicken and rice .
