Hi Sarah! I just love love love your wrist tattoo. Thank God I’ve already eaten otherwise I’d be making pancakes right now! But I have to go and get myself a cute silicone mould. I’m 50 seconds in and I have to say… my aspie kiddo has all those same allergies… You have a great personality too, I love it. ❤️

Ahhh thanks soo much and yes there is alot of connections between the gut and the neurological differences. How it sends or doesn't send signals to help with certain things. Or not being allergic but body still sensitive to them. If they work on it young and learn ways to have a fun diet or keep the brain intrigued 🤔 I bet they will struggle with less as they age or have things as soon as I got. I struggled from a young child. Both my kids do as well. It can be tricky.

@@divergent_foxx yep, you know the struggles with food allergies and sensitivities. And absolutely, the connection is very strong between the brain and gut. You are doing awesome. Keep it up. 👍
