Pilot Training: Flying the B787 with One Engine

I've visited Turkish Airlines Flight Training Center and observed their B787 pilot training inside a full motion B787 simulator.
Here are the B787 pilot training scenarios in this video:
1. Engine Fire on takeoff, Fuel Jettison, Go Around with one engine only
2. Cross wind landing with one engine off
3. Rejected takeoff during low visibility
4. Auto land during very low visibility (75m)

I used to be a flight instructor, one of my students was from Turkey. He was hired by Turkish on the B737. I ended up on the B737 and ended up going to Europe to fly. One day flying from Turkey going north, I heard his voice on the radio. Turns out he was trailing us on our left side, as the captain, I slowed my 737 down, and we had a bit of a formation flight for 20 minutes. It was good to see and hear a former student of mine. Turkish is a great airline.

Great stuff again Sam. I have been lucky to sit in the Qantas simulator in Melbourne for the 787 and it is an amazing piece of technology and so it should be at the cost. Its very comforting to know that we as passengers are in very safe hands with the skilled crew who's job it is to get us from Point A to Point B in one piece. Well done mate and thanks to you and Turkish Airlines!!

Hey, Sam when I was 15 I got to fly a C-5 Flight Simulator. One of the things I had to do was to land the C-5 sim with a total engine failure a primary hydraulic failure.and it was night time with 350,000 Lb of cargo on board. the good news is that we landed safely. and it was fun.

Appreciate Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched - Rozardner Flying Bird Reality (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one off product for how to get pilot license without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy at very last got cool results with it.

Currently Singapore Airlines is one of the safest airline with only one fatal crash (SQ 006). It was also voted as one of the best airline. But Turkish Airlines is great.

Hmm, it seems a bit wrong to me to go into the left hold when the left engine fails. It's better to make right turns to keep the thrust under the wing with the engine running?!

"Lushburg Piramolar" lmao that gave me a good laugh. He said his name is Ulaş Berk Bayramoğlu, not Lushburg Piramolar hahah Also not "hot" takeoff - he said HUD takeoff. Because he was using the HUD, heads-up display... Okay watching more of this, there are so many mistakes with the subtitles I won't correct them all. But in the future, I'd be happy to help.
