Surprisingly, the Banana Roll is from Hong Kong, though it may show up in other countries from cultural dispersal. It's a pastry like a Swiss Roll, although aside from the obvious alterations, it's rice-based instead of wheat-based.

Hey, bit unrelated to the video, but I think it would be cool if you featured the move comeuppance! I didn't even know it existed until recently, it's only learned by a few pokemon but it's quite an interesting move. It's a counter and mirror coat but without the negative priority

All those Tropius matchups made me wish they did a past and future form for it! Past could have evolved from a Grass/Ground or Grass/Water type and the future could be Grass/Steel or Grass/Dragon. Anyways, great battles - cheers, Ben!

I think the banana roll uses flat rectangular sponge cake with banana cream filling then rolled.

Brussel sprouts are delicious Ben. Try them oven roasted to a slight crisp with natures seasoning and some lemon zest. Then put fresh lemon juice on them hot

Never ever ever ever EVER have been so happy to see you lose. Tropius is my absolute most favorite pokemon in the history of Pokemon. Needs a buff so badly. Dont be slandering brussel sprouts!! You're just cooking them wrong. coat halved ones with oil, salt, parmesean, and minced garlic/garlic power in a bowl and pan-fry until browned (i like mine a little bit burnt for extra crisp) and youll see the error of your ways.
