That was excellent! Whoever presented it was wonderful. Many educational presentations are boring & soporific but this presenter’s energy & personality kept my attention & interest.

I've heard that woodstorks are also bioindicators. Which is good since I've been seeing them around quite a bit lately. What are those huge birds that I see in central Florida a lot? They're huge, they have red on the top of their heads and if memory serves, like a weird spikey crest. They're the type of bird when you see them you say "Ooh, look at that." At least I do. Do you know what I'm talking about? I can't find one on Google images.

Sandhill Cranes are the large birds with a prominent red crest in central/southern FL, but it's possible you're also describing a Great Blue Heron in mating plumage.

Do not like the format seems geared to a child's classroom. Raise your hand, really
