Thay has has taken mindfulness and made it easy to practice. He doesn't concern himself with satori. Just be here now in the present moment.

Love Thich Nhat Hanh. At first it was hard to listen to his teachings and mediation. I live with MS and I was exhausted and angry. Now I find his teachings and mediation to be calming to my mine and sole.

For me the meditation ends with the gong at 11:33 then he continues with a darma talk. Nevertheless I find him and his voice both relaxing and meditative. He is one of the greats of our time.
