Just found your channel and your videos are so encouraging. I've been dealing with piriformis syndrome for 6 month now and i have periods where i feel like i've lost all hope. But your videos are helping me a lot to cope, so thank you for making these.

Hi ! I’m 10 months like this I tried everything steroids injections. Stretches exercise and nothing, I purchased the program from this gurl and nothing yet . :-( now they are referring me with a orthopedic cause the pain doctor didn’t help me . I had one ct scan 2 mri and the doctors couldn’t find the reason of my pain . :-/

​@DiegoRodriguez-po9ey never knew other people were going through what am going through, i got injured last year july, 2023 while doing leg press,its now 6 monts, ever since I've nerve got anything to help me with this piriformis issue, when i stretch i feel am hurting my self even more

I'm an Obese person and this is my first experiencing this symptoms for the last 2 months.. It's been a mild symptom for me and I noticed there's times that I have flare up from other days or week/s. I also, noticed that although I'm obese, I'm Protein deficient.

Hi, I got piriformis syndrome 2 weeks ago, when I was sitting in a bad position, I tried to switch positions and I got a cramp, but I couldn't hold my position so I moved while having the cramp and I felt something in my glute like it moved, seeing other of your videos I payed more attention to other areas of my body and I saw that my hip with the problem is also internally rotated, do u think that I should also do some exercises for this while doing the ones for the piriformis? I would like it to heal in the next 2 months because I will have my driving exam and it also sucks sleeping and doing my routine with this pain. And Should I do these exercises everyday if I don't feel more tired the next day? or should I do them only a few times per week? thank you for your videos, I start feeling better than in the first day but still a long way to go, hopefully it will get better soon

Sofia hopefully you read this .. I’m subscribed to your piriformis program. I’ve been feeling slightly better lately. But I get a lot of flare up.. my mri shows normal. I don’t know what to do, this has ruin my life

I have piriformis pain for 1 month now. When i walk about 20 paces, the nerves in my leg starts to pull. Also , there is daily tingling everyday. Am i getting better ?

I had chronic pain that I was able to manage and cope with sciatica pain but when it turned into Piriformis Syndrome it was excruciating and I couldn't do the simplest of things like bending over to put my leggings or jeans on. No exercises helped me or even pain killers. In the end I had to see someone to realign/manipulte my disk where it belonged. Have to have regular Hijamah cupping and massages to keep on top of things.

I'm glad that worked for you. Unfortunately disc manipulation or adjustments left me in so much pain I had to discontinued it. With this frustrating condition, it can be different from one person to the next.
