It runs but doesn't pump. I tried to prime it, but it wouldn't take the prime and pump water. When it runs, it sounds smooth. Like the advertisement said, this pump needs some refurbishment. A new belt and a seal kit would be in order. If you're not feeling like that is something you want to get into, I could probably take care of it in a couple of weeks or so but the price would have to go up a bit.
