Hello. I’m thinking about purchasing this exact model although I’ve never owned a electric smoker. I live in a Apartment in Norfolk VA. our weather ranges from cold and wet to hot and humid. I’m curious if when you’re done using it would it be better to keep it stored indoors?

G’day Patrick, thanks for the video. Almost two years on, how’s this thing holding up? No quality issues? How often do you use it? My brother is considering one of these 3 series and aside from some quality issues I’ve read online, they seem pretty good. I only have experience with a traeger, so I can’t help him out. What’s the largest brisket you can smoke on this? Thanks mate.

Can anybody help me understand the difference between the vertical copperhead 3 series vs. the pro 4 series? Besides the size of the smoker... any major differences? Thanks!

I came across this question while shopping for a vertical smoker as well. Menards has the 3-Series for $395 and Lowe's has the bigger Pro Series 4 for virtually the same price. As far as I can tell, they're the same quality and offer the same features. I couldn't find a 4 series anywhere in stock when I went to purchase so I bought the 3 series from Menards. As far as I can tell the only thing that might change from model to model might be the controller that it comes with. Some of the higher series units have more setting such as a "P" setting that you will hear people talk about. Otherwise, this 3 series has done great for me just as this gentleman had said.
