Amazing flows and concepts. One of the coolest clubbell clips I've seen on KZfaq - no hyperbole.

Inspiring video, the pivot adds so much more variety - I like that triceps push off.

Great video and variety of movements...esp. like the leg placement as you pivot...how the leg slides in to allow the movement

Just bought a 20+ lbs (10 kg actually) clubbell. I'm still starting so the stuff you posted is way out of my league, but really impressive nonetheless. I'm doing some simple exercises daily to get the grip and handling going without burning out. Killer workout.

Great video. You are strong dude, you make it look easy! I just got a 22lb clubbell last week and it works the grip like NOTHING else: it's way harder than it looks! I've figured out that I need to relax my triceps during mills and swipes, otherwise they become REALLY tense.

At 5:10 when the matrix glitches: you have to take the pill before the bird teleports from the left side to the right side of the screen.

isnt there value in the "reversing" motion?
@SpottedOnTheRide
@SpottedOnTheRide 4 жыл бұрын
I would say so. From a strengthening perspective, the eccentric work down during the slowing down of the weight to then reverse direction is definitely beneficial. As far as the flow goes, the reversing takes away from the momentum and rhythm of his desired movement. Your choice at the end of the day 😁

Not that I really know what this is in a whole, but the music feels a bit miss-fit, seems like it should be more of a relaxed mood. But I dunno
