But there are no “ kids prices” at Disneyland! The price is the price. And when I got to that link and take off $50 the price is the same as it would be for a 3 day ticket for So Cal residents. I never see any significant price savings on that Getaway site. “ Kids prices” were when DISNEYLAND themselves offered $50 tickets for children on the DISNEYLAND site back in late winter. Other than that there are no special prices for children’s tickets.

When my husband was in military and my oldest was sad and missing daddy we’d go to Disney. Year membership was cheap then. So my favorite thing to see is her face when SHE sees the castle, Matterhorn, main gates etc. Literally seeing her face light up is everything to me. She was 4 and she’s 20 now and it still gets to her. Watching all my daughters means a lot but it was just my oldest and I all those years ago sad and missing him together and letting Mickey cheer us up.

Many, many things in Disneyland make me feel happy but the first thing I see that always brings a big smile is reading the sign, "Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday tomorrow and fantasy" and then I see Main Street. Big happy.

The thing that makes me the happiest at Disney to see are the rides, specifically Big Thunder Mountain. It's my favorite ride. It's always the ride of the day for my family 😊

I believe that Pixar fest thing in the esplanade, for all the Disney historians is to pay homage for Rollie Crump’s Tower of the Four Winds that was for It’s a Small World for the 1964 Worlds Fair. It’s crazy because it’s the 60 year anniversary too down to the week. Am I on to something or no? hahah

Ok you asked what was the thing that every time you see it that makes you happy. Well Mr. Provost I am 100% with you on being the Matterhorn that makes me happy also being its my most favorite ride of ALL! Not just Disneyland but of ALL rides or roller coasters out there. But before they most rudely took it away in saddened shame it used to be The People Movers when I first arrived into the hub watching them entering and exiting the buildings. However my other used to be happy thing was the old school Monorails arriving at the Disneyland Hotel when we used to enter Disneyland fist thing in the morning when I was a tyke. Ahh memories. 😊

We were not able to get a pizza planet truck popcorn bucket the first week of June. My husband and son both wanted one. They had been gone for weeks. Then about 2 weeks later they restocked and started having them at WDW. The Dug Popcorn bucket sold out Tuesday night so Wednesday my Magic Key friend couldn’t get a Dug Popcorn Bucket. Hopefully others will have better luck.

Up and Coco are the best movies of all time! One of the Pizza Planet trucks is in Small World by Woody and Jess. (Incidentally, I was nearly evac'd a couple days ago from this ride. It would have been my first-ever evac!)

First thing to see to make me happy? Train station! But even more, hearing the train, the monorail, or the ferryboat... those sounds are so emotional and give me an automatic smile on my face! Pixar really have some amazing films, and I'm behind on catching all the most recent ones! But Boo, the most adorable little kid ever? Inside Out has actually had such an impact on the way people think, "Core Memory" is just a part of modern understanding thanks to the film! Cars is such a strange concept, you really don't wanna think too deeply about it... Love the Disneyland Vlog team! My favourite thing is watching friends hanging out and having fun together, and this day was full of that joy!
