Plaintiff Wants Payback on Property

The plaintiff was in a relationship with the defendant for almost 20 years and thinks the defendant only stayed with her because she paid for everything. The plaintiff argues she put some of her items in the defendant’s storage unit, and the defendant said he’d look over her property to make sure it was fine. The plaintiff says the storage company closed and sold her belongings, but his property was fine. She’s suing for unreturned property. The defendant claims the plaintiff got him fired from his job.

Struggle love at its finest. She held him down while in jail, paid for everything, was the ride, provided a home, stayed OVER TWENTY YEARS no marriage and he cheated and talked bad about her behind her back, that's how he repaid her. Ladies get some self esteem.

There is something missing upstairs with this woman. She needs professional counseling and to move on with her life. The verdict was made by the Judge. That doesn't mean i believe the guy. I agree with you. She could barley answer JM questions, let alone get her story straight. I do not believe the defendant. He is used to standing in front of judge. Therefore, he knew how to setup his argument. He took advantage of the plaintiff.

Who is telling women that they should carry men like this? There's a difference between (1) supporting and loving your s/o and (2) being an absolute fool for someone to walk all over. Nothing you do for someone can make them love or respect you--either they love and respect you themselves, or they don't. She deserves to learn from her mistakes... no doubt... but had he not continued to lead her own while he was trying to get his... she wouldn't have ever been at his job. Oh wait... she was there to pick him up! Lol Every action has a reaction... good or bad. He didn't have to pay her for the storage, but all things fair and all she did for him in 19 years... I think giving her that money was the least he could do. I get that some won't agree and I'm ok with that. At this point it doesn't matter... he got away with it.

LOL!! Judge Mathis says lock down was how he learned he could be with his wife 24/7. My spouse and I drove over the road truck for 21 years as a team. That is being together 24/7 because we even stayed in hotels for time off instead of paying rent and utilities on a place. We thought lockdown was a piece of cake!!
