What an amazing Cancun Resort!!! I want to come back here I forgot how amazing it is. They didn't have the race track or surf rider pool when I was there, so I definitely need to come back.

I didn’t see the rooms. I have a family of 4 but they are older kids. Usually I have to book 2 rooms that connect. Do you know if their rooms connect ? Or have a a separated bunk bed area in the room?

Oh I see I’m not too sure if they do but I would assume they would so you could have that. Definitely check their website to be safe and message them to ensure you can do that.

How long was the wait for food? I've read poor reviews about long wait time's for food locations

@katelynBuitenhuis we didn’t have to wait too long, felt it was a normal amount of time especially since we tried a good amount of their restaurants, so I hope that this experience would still be the same for you and others when you go.

Best things at this resort are the swim out rooms and the lazy river. The food was phenomenal especially the burgers.

Ohhh that sounds amazing those are really beautiful rooms from what I saw when we walked around!!! Yesss it was nice they had guy fieri burgers there!!!!! 🎉

Ohhh that’s so tough! I’ve been to both but haven’t been back to moon palace since 2012 so I’m sure it’s changed a lot too 😭I guess I have to go back to compare but I’m actually choosing hard rock Cabo as the one to go back to right now so I vote that one :)

Why am I seeing so many current negative results on expedia? This place looks great for families with kids, but does anyone know if its currently going thru something that is impacting them in such a negative way?

That’s a good question I’m not sure why, we had such a great experience when we went so I’m surprised. And I’ve heard great things from others who have went but I know everyone has a different option and perspective and expectations. And maybe things have changed too.

Everything about this resort is a 5⭐️, but not the food. The food is the only thing I did not like.

horrible place! you cant get reservations for the restaurants. Weather is horrible in the summer. No entertainment. Kids and i got so bored! So expensive for nothing.

I’m sorry you didn’t have a good experience, not sure why this is happening but hopefully they can fix these things as they used to be so amazing. We loved their food and shows so I don’t know why they would change all the positive things they had going on
