This method will help you to send your site team an excel sheet extracted from the Oracle Primavera Baseline schedule showing the Planned %, planned start, and planned finish to update the Actual start, Actual finish, and the actual % completed.

when Ctrl + C doesn't activite the macro, you probably should activate this in Excel by opening the properties of the macro. in this menu you can allow the working of macros from other docs.

Can we use the same method for Physical % completion type? Secondly, once we import the file then do we have to schedule the p6 file again with that particular date as "data date"?
