I have the exact same sprayer. Love them. Thanks for sharing. I too live in Ga and have used PGRs in the past when i had Bermuda grass. However, i now have Zoysia and am looking into PGRs once again. The only thing i have to add that will help you in mixing your product is as follows: Don't fill your sprayer container to the full 3 and or 4 gallon mark before adding your product. Only put about 1.5 gallons (or 2) of water in and then add the product. It makes the agitation/ mixing process more efficient. Then you finish adding the remainder of water. (3 to 4 gallon mark)

I’m in the center of the US and have fine fescue. Just this last week I’ve considered a PGR. My main issue is next to a neighbor’s fence but I also want to use it around my mailbox, lightpost, and metal landscape edging. I really don’t think I need to do the whole lawn. The price is scaring me off

Great video, Ron. So I'm assuming that youll empty your backpack sprayer of 4 gallons over that 1000 sq ft area, then repeat for the rest of your lawn at the same rate?

Also I've noticed that Podium lowers the tank mix Ph to around 4-5 which turf seems to love. Would like to hear your thoughts on adjusting the Ph of solutions applied to the lawn vs. straight tap water. Thanks again.

First question - I just bought T-Nex, haven't applied yet. How should I time application along with fertilizer and iron application, humic/fulvic acid, etc? Second question - label recommends either mowing 4 hours after applying or applying 1 hour after mowing - which is better?

I used lawnguru to measure my lawn and then put 2 oz in 4 gallon backpack ryobi sprayer and used a wide tip to spray 6000 sq ft of tall fescue which is only 0.33oz/1000ft2. Instructions calls for 1oz/1000. So next time I will use 6 oz/4gal to get correct ratio. Is there any easy way to measure what it should of been or is trial and error the best way?

Just heard about these treatments for the first time a few days ago. Is there any concern with toxicity? I see in the video PPE is recommended during the application, but is it safe for pets and kids after it dries?

when it comes to cool season grasses like tall type fescue is it better to use foiliar or pgr's that do root uptake? Also does root uptake like paclo minimize chances of tip burn?

Ron, love the videos. I have a zoysia lawn and have used T-Nex with great results. Can you use both Tide Paclo and T-Nex within a few weeks of each other for longer lasting results?

Ron, I applied some liquid iron and tide paclo 5 days ago. 3 days after application and my lawn is no longer the greenest in the block, the green has dropped drastically. I am nervous. Wondering if you have experienced that before.

You know, I haven't said anything about plant growth regulator on you tube, but this comes up, where it doesn't seem like algorithms putting this trash up here, where if I wanted to see plant growth regulator, I'd look it up. But I didn't.

While an expensive endeavor ‘too much for my broke butt’, some combine the two to obtain a looooonger regulation period. Not financially feasible for my 3k portion of my lawn I’d use it on....but Ron’s....hmmmmmmmm
