Add some catalyst into the raw material can increase the oil yield. Add a pressure relive valve to make the system more safe.

Highest cost should be 15 to 20 lac only.with installation. As per my knowledge recovery not more than 35 to 40 percent. It's also very low , bcz plastic yield may be 35 to 85 % depend on product quality and machine quality. I hope this plant need lot of upgradation. For better yield.

Thanks for showing your experience but sorry to say that we got 55%recovery from this project, we are used MLP scrap.

55-60 percent you will get oil but always depend upon the quality of the scrap. You can contact 98104 27616
