Wow! 21 gallons per minute, that is awesome! You have artisan free flowing water, not ground water. That is the very best Artisan clear drinking water. Plenty for gardens , lawn and family. Double wow! Your family is awesome.

Congrats on finding water, and not too far down, either. I'm a city girl, so I have no idea of these things (ie connecting &/or getting sewerage, gas, etc), but it scares me. You guys are brave, yet Ashleigh is getting her heart's desire. This change of your family plans is such a surprise to me, but I'm so glad for you guys to be close to family, now. Congratulations!!! At only 160’…that’s spectacular and 21.5 gpm is awesome too!!! Now onto house plans. I’ve designed our last 3 homes. My suggestion is to take EVERYTHING you’ve loved about where you’ve lived in the past & include it. Anything you didn’t like, make sure you don’t repeat. Since this will likely now be your ‘forever home’, don’t rush it. Make sure it includes exactly what you want & need 💜🦋

So excited for you guys! My great grandfather dowsed my parents’ property back in the 1970s. When they were hand digging the well, the man had to be pulled out because it was filling up so quickly. The men above just reached down and pulled the digger out because the well was so shallow. We never ran out of water at our home. We watered our garden, washed cars, and had plenty in our home. Only a mile down the road there drilled (but not dowsed) well was close to 1000 feet deep. God provides!

I'm a hydrogeologist in Australia. I work for a state government and my job is to literally advise people on how deep groundwater is, the likely quality of the water at different depths, and then I run computer simulations to determine how much water they could take without depleating the water source or impact a neighbouring bore. Cool huh!? Ps I love the jar activity you did with the kids to explain the lithology and groundwater 🙂

I am so very happy for you all. I really wanted you all to find it on the first try. Thank you Jesus! I also wanted to tell you that the visual you did with the different dirt, sand, clay and water was awesome for the kids to truly understand. I grew up needing more visual aids than being able to listen. I had a wonderful job as a drafter and my boss always showed me things instead of explaining. It was very helpful for me. I thought you were very creative with that and with great detail. Some people are great listeners and some of us are much better visually. I am so excited to see your next step with your house plans. It will all work out. God has this!😇💜😇💙

Herbie is a great water finder. Fogel dug our wells, too. Great, dependable company. I hope you get an underground storage tank. We had a place in Gifford with plenty of water--except when there wasn't at certain times of year. A storage tank fixed the issue. Oh. My. Goodness!!! You are super blessed. 21 GPM is insane.

I would have been stupefied had you had no water. Water for wells is everywhere. I just hope it feeds all the demand you need. Also so happy you nailed June's vision down. I think of her running into that table edge all the time.

Where I live in NE Washington, there are plenty of expensive 'dry wells' which have ben dug.... just because a well is drilled never guarantee's they can produce water.

I love the visual science explanation for understanding the full concept of finding the water and bringing it to the surface. Children can learn on all experiences if we take the time to teach visually and not just verbally. Words get lost often where a visual is a picture imprint on the mind.

I’m from Spokane…age 74. …It’s fun trying to guess where your new property is…I have a general idea. So fun to watch your adventures. Take your kids to Manito Park sometime..on the south side. I grew up across the street…it was wild back then. And safe. Still beautiful now. Great place for long walks through beautiful gardens.

Congratulations!!!🎉 I’m so excited for you guys. Don’t forget to get a filter on your water pump, or your water will be dirty at times coming out!!! Grannie had well water, but after a while, it started coming out dirty. I had to buy a filter to put on the faucet, but that can get expensive. With today’s wells, you may be able to have them put one in the well itself-not sure. Also, put a filter in your refrigerator for the same reason! My parents had to do that at our house when we moved in due to well water. Also, without it, your water can also start smelling like sulfur, will be yellowish/reddish. Hope that helps! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My husbands great grandfather was a Church of Christ preacher. Back in his days they would witch for water with creek willow branches. Then came 2 brass or bronze rods. Brass is better. That’s the only way they could find water. He taught my husband and he can find water. Y’all should get 2 brass rods and they have to be bent a certain way and held a certain way. You and the kids could go out and find more water. It’s so fun watching and finding water. We also have a well. We have a water softener system on our home. Congratulations to y’all for finding water. Gods land is so beautiful and amazing. Good job on teach the kids. Can’t wait to see y’all begin building your home.

@@bashlee09 she has im sure, heard of wells... she said in large amounts... as in a vast amount of water everywhere, as Dave mentioned and explained. There are states that arent big on wells and im guessing that is because that some state may not have as much water under ground as other states, so it's not as common... if she hadnt ever heard of well water, that wouldnt be all that weird, especially if she grew up in a state that doesnt do well water much at all🙂 There are states that have almost all lagoons... some have never heard of those either. But to me it was a very common thing to jave both well water and lagoons because that is where and how I was raised.🙂 Lol your comments on this channel are sort of negative... i saw some of them. Intresting that you keep watching this channel.
