Hi Dmytro, I have just had a Cyber Security Project Management interview, I had spent the previous 3 years delivering complex IT security projects (Head of IT gave me great praise), at the interview I could not answer any of the IT PM behavioral questions, it was so embarrassing, my mind went blank. I am now working through all your videos, so a big thank you to you. It seems to me that the interview process and doing the actual job are so distant from each other. Anyhow, with your help and bit of a refresh of my old Prince2 notes I should fly through the next interview. Thanks Steven

Hi Steven, Yeah, on the interview they expect you to provide the more efficient practical response that will be generic enough so that they can relate to it. So, you need to adjust your hands on experience with a bit of theory.

If a task needs more than 1 day then there will surely some uncertainty & I doubt if it can be measured correctly. Major 'Risk' I have observed that most managers don't have proper understanding of neither the business nor the technology. If the plans are realistic & not too ambitious then I believe many risks can be controlled & uncertainties can be managed.

Thanks for sharing. Good observations. I would be careful with converting a risk into a task at once. You may finish the task but not fully address the risk. Now you need an additional process to manage...
