a)Is Township level maintenance mandatory as builder said its not mandatory while booking flat but its mentioned in the agreement and township level amenities will be completed in 2027?
b)Is stack parking comes under Covered Car Parking? Because some of the builder giving stack parking during possession
(due to shortage) but in agreement its mentioned Covered Car parking?

Please make video on kharadi high rent demand. This is a false demand created by brokers but it's necessary to beware owners on this.

For question no 2, just make the developer add the words "non-dependent" along with the words covered parking. If you do so, developer would not be able to give you stack parking. Shishu ji - even asbestos covered parking is deemed as covered parking. As long as there is a roof on the top, irrespective of the material, it is considered as covered parking.

If builder get more FSI during construction phase, can they add more floors on that building as per new FSI? will it not effect the life of building as planning and numbers of pillars was done as per old floor count. Do authorities check for these? Second question is. Does builder need to take consent with existing owners before adding new floors as per new FSI

Date which is written in agreement is valid or which is on Rera as covid extension? My agreement date is April 2023, on rera after covid extension its showing April 2024.....Which one should i consider?
