Pokémon Scarlet and Violet do a lot of things right, but are riddled with bugs, gameplay issues and missing features. That being said though, they are really fun games and I haven't enjoyed a new mainline Pokémon game this much in a while!

I LOVED THIS SM bruh when u said "its nowhere near finished" i feel like that just summarises ALL the problems with this game like, its such a big step for the pokemon games and has so many good ideas but, its just not finished?? LIKE give it back to the devs, let them spend another year on it or something and mm it'll be polished as fuck great vid once again bestie

Not a Pokemon guy myself, but enjoyed the video regardless. I know this discourse is kind of old news now, but I'm glad you were able to have fun with the game in spite of its flaws. Pokemon fans deserve better than a game littered with game breaking bugs. I hope they can address these issues in the near future!

Thank you! Yeah, thankfully a lot of the stuff got fixed in early patches, and apparently there will be another patch in feb at some point - My hopes are that the next game is similar to this one, just with all of the big issues players are having fixed!

i just wished they had kept the shiny sound from arceus as it was a major step forwards for the game being inclusive for trainers with disabilities. it also produced some of the most fun hunts for shinys (cue the 10 mins of trying to find a shiny only for it to be the paras that was passed over multiple times).

Honestly same, that was something that I was thinking after the gyarados, if it wasn't a very obvious shiny, it'd be easy to miss! That shiny paras haunts my dreams LMAO
