Poke Bowl Recipe - This Marinade Brings Salmon and Avocado to the Next Level!

Let's make the avocado salmon bowl or Poke Bowl for lunch on a hot and humid day! I love the texture of the avocado and salmon! It's so flavorful and delicious!
How to Make Poke Bowl

(serves 1) Cook Time: 5 minutes
* Time for marinating the salmon is not included in cook time.
1/2 Avocado
60g Fresh Salmon, sashimi-grade, substitute: tuna or the mixture of tuna and salmon (2.1 oz)
1 tbsp Soft Shirasu Whitebait, kamaage shirasu
Toasted White Sesame Seeds
Spring Onion Leaves, or shiso leaves
Shredded Nori Seaweed
120g Steamed Rice (4.2 oz)
- Marinade -
1/2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
A little bit of Grated Garlic, or grated ginger

I like this change in format very much. There is a lot of interest packed into less than seven minutes. The recipe was nice, and I think this way of seeing the curiosity and focus of Francis again was clever and pleasant.

I've been subscribed for many years, but haven't been able to cook any food in this direction due to dietary limitations. So I've been forcing myself not to look at these videos, as I get crazy cravings, and ultimately always fold, otherwise. But I just love watching your videos so very much, I can't stay away anymore. what kinda dietary restrictions don't let you cook the kind of thing they make on this channel? it's always like vegetables and rice and soy sauce and fish.. occasionally hamburg steak or curry or something.. but more often noodles.
