Normally in Pokemon Legends Arceus, Alpha Pokemon are really rare, but what if EVERY Pokemon was an Alpha? This is how I beat Pokemon Legends Arceus while every Pokemon was an Alpha. I think Origin dialga was so small compared to Palkia because it isnt coded for it to be possible to be an alpha

You are so right about Supersize Me-- that always bugged me! Even worse, the dude went from an insanely healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise straight into the challenge with only fast food and no exercise. Of course that kind of instantaneous change is gonna wreck your health!

The thing is, it DID make McDonald's change though. They brought in salads and changed their menu. Obviously it's still not healthy to eat it 3 meals a day but at least you can get a non-fried vegetable there now.

You have to look at the time period. At the time Fast food places used saturated fats and more importantly trans saturated fats religiously and little research had been done on the impact of what trans fats could do to the body. Fast food (McDonald’s primarily) was a new idea that came at a very affordable price and took the consumer no time or interest in getting. America was jumping head first into the obesity epidemic and that worst part about it is that the medical industry at the time generally had no idea what to expect from the experiment. If you watch it again you’ll see the 3 PA, Exercise physiologist and one other medical specialist all basically state that they believed a McDonald’s diet would have little impact on his health. It was only after the experiment began that they saw the effects of trans fats and McDonald’s was forced to change

True but he basically forced Mc Donalds (and most fast food places but mostly Mc Ds) hands into adding some "healthy" options and overall trimming down on how insanely fatty their food is. But yea to this day, that film is..yikes, brave man for putting himself through that though

I know this comment is old, but I felt like adding; to my recollection, the guy was also vegan (or at least partially so via his vegan wife) before doing this, which was another reason why he had such violent reactions to eating McD's for every meal.

I saw that movie response to Super Size Me, it was called Fathead. The guy ate the healthiest things from Mcdonalds and jogged every day and ended up losing weight because "Food isn't the only thing that effects our health"

I'm pretty sure the game bugging out also made Origin Dialga just it's normal size. In cutscenes they were alpha but in gameplay they were normal. Arceus was also just never alpha-size which is unfortunate.

I had fun with my first legends arceus play through, I had a level 13 rowlet and a few other level 9 pokemon and I ran into the alpha snorlax, but it was shiny, I had 22 pokeballs and my team got wiped while trying to catch it, obviously I failed, but what annoys me is that I have 107 hours playing the game and that snorlax was the only shiny alpha pokemon. Johnstone: I don’t think they’ll go past 1,000 Pokémon with gen 9 Current dex amount : 1008 (not including dlc) Also Johnstone: dex 1000 must be some special Pokémon. Dex number 1000 being Gholdengo, one of the worst Pokémon to evolve and has one of the worst shinies in Pokémon history.

There's a little disagreement on which gen 9 Pokemon is actually number 1000 - Frigibax, Gholdengo, or Tinkatink. At least so far there's been small debate based on previous generations and forms, etc.
