In his defence there’s no physical special split in gen 3, whether a move is physical or special depends on the type, so its harder to know which move would do the most damage there if you don’t know what types are physical

He used Bite first, most likely forgetting Bite was special, and when he saw how little damage it did, he decided to switch to stab Flamethrower, plus tbf, he had like 20 different voices yelling at him to do different things of variable stupidity.

@@admiralensin. I mean Alpha Rad too could've beat Sabrina easier if he had leveled all his Mons up to the level cap or even to the same level of his Arcanine. It's like he pulled a Jaiden when she did her first Nuzlocke. But after the Mistake of being underleveled Jaiden did better, while Alpha Rad was still quite underleveled against the League

The Perish Song in Sabrina's battle reminded me of... Ellie. My Altaria, who, in my own Omega Ruby nuzlocke, called to the heavens with Perish Song... against the mega evolved supercomputer, killing it off, but sacrificing herself and finishing our run. Godspeed, Ellie and Fyrus. Godspeed.

That Sabrina fight was painful to watch, knowing Alakazam was the last mon and Roar wouldn’t cut it this time. It’s almost worth over killing the first mon to bait out their ace so Roar could be effective against their setups. Or you know… Haze Vaporeon.

Brayden's plan was bad on so many levels A) It didn't have Sturdy B) Sturdy doesn't work that way in gen 3 C) Jynx is faster than Onix, so it still wouldn't have been able to Earthquake in time

The Nuzlocke rules I am following in a randomized Fire Red run on my computer are 1: When aa Pokemon faint, it's dead. 2: I have to catch the 1st Pokemon per area (including Mt. Moon, Victory Road, and caves) ane 3: Nicknaming all my Pokemon ( I do that anyway) Plus, I am not going to catch legenderies like, Zapdos, Lugia, Mewtwo, etc, because I don't want to.

flamethrower had more power, plus STAB. also, because it was +3 Sp. Def, and in gen 3, all dark moves were special, it wouldn't have done much damage. alakazam was faster, so they couldn't rely on flinches either.
