yeah we add tomato and onion together because we dont wanna completely cook them (if we too make daal for example we would add onions first completely cook them golden brown and then add tomato) we want the vegetables to be a bit raw.

Maggi is not the ultimate food of India but for Meru bhai we agree with Maggi. In actual when we don't have anything to eat The dish of Bihar called Sattu is the ultimate food. Easy to use easy to digest.

I personally prefer creamy maggi, but soopy maggies are also lovely if you maintain proper masala concentration and controll swelling of maggi, and making them needs more skill.

I always made exactly same with some extra turmeric, Jeera and red chilli powder though I never used mayonnaise or cream just either homemade butter or ghee.😋😋😋 First Sautee all spices and vegetables in ghee with medium heat and then put Maggie powder after that Maggie and water then wait for atleast 15mins because 2 minutes Maggie is just a myth.

To make it extra delicious add mustar seeds and whole dry red chilli first in oil, then onion , once onion are brown, add tomato and other vegetables 😊

Meru, we do add chopped potatoes, onions, carrots, peas (Mattar), but no tomatoes. I usually do not fry nor I add butter or mayonnaise. We make it like a soup, in the end garnish with mint leaves (dhania patta). I like Maggie a lot but then there were frumors that they add unwanted things and I stopped buying. Today morning I made Maggie, masala flavour and ate

I used to eat Maggie but once it was banned,(7 years back) When it came back to the market and i purchased 2 packets worth ₹22, I ate them and i experienced the worst side effect on my skin, I must have spent thousands on the medicine and stuff, It took months to get my original skin back, That was a difficult phase of my life and i decided not to have Maggie ever.

Sylwia... Do you know just by frying chopped tomato n onion (like he n you chopped) with spices, we prepare a curry which can either be used as side dish for chapati (ROTI) or mixed with rice and eaten.
