There are several of things to take away from this video, such as: Do not let your truck run away from you. Do not cut a driveshaft while lying under a vehicle. Do not attempt to lift an entire vehicle with a glorified fence post. And much, much more...

I LOVE HOW A GOOD FATHER TEACHES HIS SON GOOD THINGS IN LIFE! I was taught the same way. The dropping off of the tool box and the elder saying to you, "Go on, don't just stare at it, get going and get er done", the old ways of learning, figuring it out yourself with ZERO help. Aaahhh, the good ole days! Anyway, thanks for the video 📸.

In the true father and son tradition, son has to do the harder parts of the job. When it came time for me to build my first "street drivable car" , I had saved $125. To buy my engine. My dad said to me here another $100. , buy a better engine 😂👨‍🔧🏁.

So glad I found this channel. Two reasons. Reason one: love the humor and two; love the ways you work on vehicles......you teach us folks the Expert Reckless Abandon ways of any project. So keep up the great work in creating great humorous content. Remember thousands of us rely on your expert content for automotive restoration lol. P.S. i know my sentence manufacturing sucks, but thats how I like it, keeps people confused and questioning.

When you were getting the engine out and she swung, I thought "There goes the windscreen!", but no..... Then when you picked the cab up and she kept rocking forward, I thought "There goes the windscreen!", but no...... Then when that cab slid up the pole and rear ended the truck, I thought "There goes the windscreen!", but no....... Mind you, when you appeared beside the truck to look at the cab after it had done that, you were wearing the same expression I was! JD seems very enthusiastic about giving you a hand too, mate. Just gotta keep giving him them pointers and guiding him onto what to do next. My old Dad was the same and gave me all sorts of tips when I was his age. I'll never forget the difference between a spanner and a crescent wrench after having one hurled at my ankles from under a 1948 Ford Bonus with the words "wrong tool, dumbass!". Explanations and speech in general was much less complicated in the 70s than it is nowadays.....
