To protect the battery, the Battery Management Systems (BMS) usually starts to limit the charging voltage, when its nearly 90% charged. So you will find from 85%-100% it could easily double, or more than double the time you spent on 10%-85%.

Weird that you're using Volts. Voltage alone means nothing. Power is what matters.

What’s unusual about these chargers is that the voltage is limited, that’s why I mention it.
