I am trying to find a video on changing traction tires on a Marklin 3102 Borsig. Have you done one on this engine??

I don't own that specific model. But with any steam locomotive, changing traction tires is a bit more difficult as you need to remove the bars. Look for the German terms to might be able to find something: "Märklin Dampflokomotive Haftreifen"

Is it possible to use AC turnout with DC power? The tracks are easy to change, I wonder about the turnout.

I would buy DC turnout then, much cheaper. When converting tracks, you have to make sure both rails are isolated.

Isn't this Re 6/6 for Märklin rails?

Yes, it is. But the concept is the same for the CD variant, since the center pickup is on the non driven boggy.

This is exactly what I'm looking for! Btw, what is the traction of this one with 4 driving axles vs. typical Märklin with 2 driving axles? Have you noticed any difference during exploitation?

The train pulled by this locomotive is not very heavy, so I saw no difference while it was pulled by Märklin locomotive. The only place I saw a difference was between the Dm3 from Märklin and the IORE from Roco you see pulling that long ore train. Both have two motors and many driven axles, but the Roco one is stronger. The Märklin one is not able to start when stopped in the helix.
