so I ran out of memory on my phone there is no intro or ending sorry about that. this project is my try on using the napkins to decorate. I've used them for cards and mixed media but never on polymer clay. I know this is not a new technique just new to me and I wanted to have a go at it. enjoy

Another fab technique. Opens up so many possibilities with all the lovely napkins around. I bought some ages ago to try decoupage, will be perfect for this technique. Love the fabric-like texture of these pendants, and the backs are also gorgeous in their own right!! Lots of inspiration in this video!! 🤗😊

Thanks for the great how to. I can't wait to try it. I love how your video is relaxed and you include everything--not edited to death. To get the stamp to stick to the acrylic block, try using a water soluble glue stick like kids use in school. The water soluble ones can be rinsed off afterwards.

I bought a heap of paper napkins for polymer clay work but forgot all about them. Thanks for the heads up on the 1" silicone brush, I just purchased one on eBay. I have been after one for ages. Having the brand name sent me straight to them. Try sanding your edges with an emery board (nail file).

Kate, actually I haven't seen anyone on youtube doing the napkins on clay exactly the way you are doing it here, I did see a woman use an iron with clay, it worked too, but I look forward in trying it this way, infact I found some interesting napkin designs this weekend at a Dollar store, so i'll let you & all of your patrons know how it all goes. I like the stencil design you put on top, too.

Hi Katie! Watched your napkins on clay video. When Pat did hers she made sure of a few things to ensure it works. She separated the layers and only used the top printed layer, she used a certain kind of clay ( not sure which brand but you can ask her), and she let the clay cool thoroughly before placing in water. I’m not sure what steps you took as you didn’t explain but Also you could ask her which brand or company the napkins come from? Hope it works. Thanx for sharing because we can all benefit from your trials. Luv your videos. Keep them up and I advise you to go ahead and open a patron page! You go girl! There is no shame in patrons and your true fans are happy to help you as you take much time and hard work to share your knowledge with us. Thank you 🥰👍😉

She used premo I think if I remember what her video said. I followed her steps and not that it didnt work but as I said being in the medical field my hands crack from washing them so much which is why I was trying to find another way where I didnt have to sit in a bowl of water to rub the paper off. I try to avoid adding much more damage to my hands if possible they are going to get much worse once are temp drops below 0 for the next few months. I advised people to chk her video out nothing wrong w it at all just tried a different method
