I love the idea of beveling the sides toward the back when sanding. That's a unique and excellent idea. The pendant is beautiful.

whom did I copy may I ask and why are you saying this on anothers comment why not just write your own. I saw on multiple peoples comments you say I copy like the bulls eye cane like what its a bulls eye cane and we plan on doing a cane challenge and I have tons of FB members ask me to make the basic canes I don't believe doing basic canes is copying its using a well known technique I deleted the 4 or 5 other times you responded to other peoples comments saying copy copy copy, she copies, copy cat, move on life is too shot to be rude.

Beautiful pieces Katie as always, and they look expensive! I loved the effect of the stretched extruded pieces you used as a backing, too. Appreciate hearing you thinking aloud, it helps us a lot. I must work on my resin which is where I tend to fall down, needs a lot more practice. Really enjoy your videos, thank you for your time and dedication :)

Practice on scrap clay always dont ruin a piece until u feel.pretty confident that is the worst. Also some people prefer 2part curing resin and others prefer uv maybe get a small bottle of the others

These are absolutely gorgeous, and I'm not even that big a fan of orange lol. I still can't get over my fear of the damn orange buffing wheel - I know you say to do it lightly, but it seems like no matter how lightly I do it, it just seems hell-bent on eating my clay lol. Guess it's time to 'sacrifice' some of my yucky projects that didn't turn out! I love your videos, please don't change the way you do things!! 💖💖

Very stylish pieces. Love the colours; you always do such a good job of combining colours. I'm not a natural at it, so your ideas do inspire me. The 'scrap' orange with the silver leaf sparkles so beautifully under the resin, just perfect!! 🤗😊 Love the way you take us through your process. Makes me feel less bad when I make something that doesn't turn out quite the way I expected 😄😉

So just add an earring finding rather than a bail and make it smaller. I generally only wear simple studs so I'd rather not make a bunch of earrings I will never wear just for videos would be a waste of my clay but anything I make in a pendant can be earrings bowls bracelets whatever u want it to be I just make what I wear every day w my scrubs

Love your nails and this piece! My favorite part though was not dying from cutting your fingertip. 😂❤️ I've slung pieces across the room and lost them using the dremel 🤣, still like it though. In some of my earlier videos, can't remember which ones, I use the sander also, but I flipped it upside down and put it on a towel to help stand it up, if that makes since. I know you said you don't want to mess your nails up, so may not be the best way to do it, but if you flip the clay piece over quickly and place it down there's more of chance of not nicking a nail. I can't hold it long because of how much it vibrates 😞. Arthritis is not my friend. And same about sculpy 3, ugh that stuff made me so mad! I thought all clay would be like that until I didn't some research. When I got premo I was in heaven! Can't wait for the next one Katie! ❤️

Another pendant I missed. You are so artistic! These pendants are stunning. You have such a great eye and I love how you take us through your ideas, to working parts out, to using your Dremel and Skill sander. Plus, it’s like home-style common sense like the Polymer Clay Home Companion style. You let us know Josh a bit, Jackson and Diesel, what you’re up to at work. Katie, no one is like you - yeah I know we are all individuals - I don’t mean it like that. You are a woman I’ve come to really care about. I’m sure you’re younger than my youngest child. Maybe a scrap older than my eldest grandson; you feel like family. My second eldest brother is a master artist. He’s into Caravaggio and his work with light. Maybe a bit Rembrandt. His wife makes makes the paintings for books she writes. She’s published 5 now. But there is not an art form she can’t do. She’s crazy talented. I was a singer and mediocre musician (self taught) but I’m hoping to do what you do. I want mostly to make polymer clay jewelry for myself and dear friends. This pendant! The entire thing you push about saving scraps. This project is a perfect example. Now I need to look at the video that shows exactly how to mix that translucent, alcohol ink, and I think you said gold leaf. I never got to that video either. You just now showed it again. Thank you for sharing your process, and for the products you get on Amazon. Ha! I liked the square one best, too! You truly are the most authentic and original artist on the pmc scene. Please don’t change. I’ve heard you say some people think your videos are too long. I don’t agree. You are totally interesting! What a great video! Thank you! Be well.

Hey Katie can you please make a video about how you know how to mix certain colors to make other colors. I’m fascinated that you can mix your scraps to be the color that you want them to be but I don’t know how to do that. I know that it probably comes from your painting background but if you could just do a quick little hard to mix colors video I think that a lot of people especially me would appreciate it very much!! Thank you 😊

Hmmm. Sanding. Not my friend. Although, I have purchased grits to 3200. But, sanding doesn't lend itself well to screen printing and stenciling. My excuse to not sand? I heart my Dremel even though it is only the two-speed, budget friendly model.

Great pieces! I’d love to watch more of your videos, but I just don’t have 1 hour+ to watch a video. Even if I watch at 1.5X the speed, this video was still 50+ minutes. Also, Amazon Ambassadors are usually Amazon employees that talk about their Amazon experiences or products. Amazon Influencers get their own Amazon page to showcase the Amazon products they use. Amazon Affiliates get a percentage of purchases others make when using a link you provide. So, you are an Amazon Influencer and Affiliate.

I get a little percent of each product which is why it says commissions that way I can bring products to people attention have one link and make maybe 10 dollars a month to buy more clay and products to make videos with rather than do videos that people pay a monthly charge for like patreon. I'm not promoting products just usingn them. Does it matter to u? Also not all people like to watch people craft and they like the quick videos esp w experience in PC. Tho 8k people like to craft w me. Rather than watch TV they watch me for an hr. But there are thousands of other videos for u to watch if u prefer. I just show at the regular speed it is to do it no timelapse no speeding up that wat beginners do not have to pause for each step to catch up they can just do it w me. May take me longer than someone w 20 years of experience because I have only been doing PC for a year or so. We are a group growing together but always and never forcing anyone to watch
