In this steampunk polymer clay tutorial I’ll show you a cool technique I’ve been working on for a few months now; how to suspend liquid clay sheets in polymer clay bezels.
I’ll show a relatively simple liquid clay technique to demonstrate how to suspend the sheet, but this technique can be used on any liquid clay sheet you make. It’s easy, effective and a fun way to incorporate liquid clay into your designs.

I would love to see more liquid clay tutorials. I love that you do such a variety of original type pieces. I love how canes look but I am not patient enough. I like that many of your tutorials don’t rely specifically on canes.

Those turned out beautifully! Love your skill and experimentation, makes it fun. Small suggestion, when drilling final pieces for bails and such, consider starting with a smaller pin drill bit. Once fully pierced, switch to the larger bit. Starting small and enlarging puts less stress on delicate pieces, less chance of surprise cracks. Just starting to learn about liquid clay, more vids on that please. :)

Thank you for all of the information you share. Your art is beautiful. If you want to get some ideas on playing with your leftover resin l would suggest watching some of Cathy Lane's KZfaq videos. She has some techniques that I am sure you will love to try on a smaller scale. Keep being the wonderfully creative person you are.
