Easy and quickest way to make.
You only need up to 4 hours of drying.
No need to dry under the sun for 3 days.
Ingredients:
Pork rinds
1 liter Water ( for boiling )
2 tbsp Course Salt
1 tbsp Peppercorn
Vegetable Oil ( for deep frying )

Can ypu store it in an airtight ziplock and place in the fridge? Or the pantry cabinet is ok?

Store it in an airtight container or ziplock. No need to put in the fridge. You can keep it in the cupboard. Or you can leave it at the pantry.
