I made this tonight but used pork steaks, they aren’t as lean as pork chops. It was delicious, the pork was so tender and juicy.

Todd, first timer here. Did you pour the vinegar in the hot oil? I know you arent supposed to put water in vinegar but I am not sure with vinegar. Ive never cooked hot with vinegar. Thanks
