I enjoy snacking crispy pork crunch, especially during family gathering and it is best with a pint of beer. However it is difficult to find good crispy pork crunch in the supermarket. Some of them has a strange oily smell. Therefore, homemade pork crunch is much better frying with good oil and it is more tasty by adding your own flavour into it. ENJOY!!
我喜欢吃脆猪皮,尤其是跟家人朋友聊天喝酒吃这个脆猪皮。但是在超市场很难买到好吃的脆猪皮。外面卖的一些脆猪皮有一种怪怪的油味。所以在家自己做的脆猪皮会用好的油炸,而且可以做自己喜欢的口味哦。希望你们喜欢。
Serves: 2 person | Prep time: 1-2 days | Cooking time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
Pork skin 250g | 猪皮 250克
Salt 1 tbsp | 食用盐 1汤匙
【Seasoning 调味盐】
Salt 1 tsp | 食用盐 1茶匙
Lemon peel ½ tsp | 柠檬皮 ½茶匙
Chili flakes ½ tsp | 干辣椒碎 ½茶匙
Fennel seeds ⅔ tsp | 茴香 ⅔茶匙
Ground pepper | 胡椒粉
