I have just been reading about the benefits of Kimchi. Looks really good, unfortunately I don’t think my hiatus hernia would be happy with the heat. Obviously you enjoyed it Beddy. Thank you for showing us this recipe.🇬🇧

Your meal looks very tasty Ian probably too spicy for me but it’s given me a good idea of what to do differently with pork mince in the future iv never cooked it with rice before so look forward to trying that and thank you for the demo of the meat basher worked great 👍Amanda xx

We cook pork and sauerkraut where I’m from and I’ll bet this is similar. I heard both kimchi and sauerkraut are great for gut health too as well as other fermented products. This looks like another winner for sure Ian. Thanks for sharing

Lovely Ian,very appetizing,.I may have mentioned before,gochujang is very good in carrot,or sweet potato soup,or you can mix carrot,and sweet potatoes.I believe Koreans make fried rice with old kimchi,and some sort of soup too.Those meat mashers are great,I find that beef mince sort of sticks together,and they work a treat.😊

Thanks Janet 😊 had to buy new Kimchi the other one was getting a bit funky 😂
@JanetBrown-px2jn22 күн бұрын
@@BeddyEatsFood It does indeed become funky.and here they don’t sell it in little jars,it’s in plastic buckets,and even the smallest one,is enough for a non Korean for months.

Great video Ian. Just wanted to share with you that I use my potato masher to break up my mice meat. Whether it’s pork or beef I just use that. I’m probably considered a numpty but it works for me. 😂😂. Great job as always though. Looking forward to trying it out x

I knew you'd like the meat masher, not many people don't, it's so much easier. Btw, I wasn't complaining about the noise 😂😂

This looks really good but I think it would be too spicy for me. I love spice but it doesn’t like me and I’ve been rushed to hospital before after eating too spicy a food. I steer clear of it now. Thanks for your videos.

That's a big YUCK!!! from me, lol, but I do like how you both embrace so many different types of food. I tried some of that Korean stuff but didn't get along with it at all. I was surprised because I love sauerkraut, and I love cabbage too, but I think I don't enjoy the taste of gochujang. But I really respect how you'll do something a bit different, but make it easy to try if folks want to give something new a go xx
