Hi Ah Pa, I like your method because it is simple to prepare pork leg. Please let me know the sweetened dark venega you use in your video is Pearl River branch cost around Rm 8.00?
@CookingAhPa3 жыл бұрын
I am not sure how much it costs

I asked because some cost over Rm30 at the online SHOP. I JUST WANT TO ENSURE I DO NOT NEED TO USE THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE. It is CALL " TIAN TIN" VINEGA.
@CookingAhPa3 жыл бұрын
meharry6 it definitely doesn’t cost that much
@meharry63 жыл бұрын
I will try to buy it from my local supermarket in Malaysia. I should look for one price at around Rm 8.00. Pearl River branch sweetened dark VINEGA.

@sally39696 ай бұрын
@@CookingAhPa Would like to double-check on this. In the video around 8:25, you mentioned a minimum of 45-60 mins. May I ask which is it?

Thanks for the recipe. I've cooked this a few times before. The lean meat always turned out very dry. Any way to prevent that?
@CookingAhPa5 жыл бұрын
chilipadi2306 if u have a pressure cooker, the lean part of the meat also will become very soft
@chilipadi23065 жыл бұрын
@@CookingAhPa Thanks for your prompt reply. Will have to shop for a pressure cooker if that is what it takes to prevent the lean portion from being dry.
