Hey Nathan, love your channels! One of the reasons is when you say " I was wrong" takes a big guy to say that instead of trying to blame everyone else. Your videos are always educational. Keep up the great work. Also, you are looking like you are enjoying yourself again.

I have used one of those bleeder tanks before to bleed brakes and it worked great

I went for Sachs on my 997. I agree, bleeding was a nightmare for me until I read the instructions again.. I had a pressure bleeding device that used a tire for pressure. The other nightmare on the 997 S is the self-adjusting clutch cover plate which requires carefully pulling in the bell housing with the bolts. Otherwise, it's impossible to get the two slave cylinder mounting bolts in.

Hi Nathans, Really like your videos, very explanatory easy to understand. How about the yellow 996? It still available?

Do any of the underpanels need to be removed to get access to the bleeder?

I just want to confirm, the sachs slave cylinder solved your issues? I can't get mine to bleed, I've got an old Sachs and a brand new auto zone one, both end up with that weird sticky clutch pedal you're showing here. I don't want to throw parts at it, but I'm pretty close to buying a new Sachs..

I’d like to know this as well, having the same issue

@@michaeldelay9141 my clutch plate was upside down lol. Shouldn't be that hard to bleed a clutch, especially with a brand new slave

Has AutoZone Corporate called to try to make things right. I can't imagine they would let your perspective on their products go unaddressed. Maybe they are like a ostrich with their head in the sand hoping it just goes away.

They don't care, they will only do what makes money and Chinese parts make money , we returned the slave cylinder and I bought a Sachs off eBay

@@NathansPorscheWorkshop good move. You’ve got me on high alert about inferior products at these chains. Plus, like you experienced, many of the employees are poorly trained and lack automotive and mechanical knowledge. A poor recipe for meeting customer needs
