Those houses were overpriced from the begining. Even with the price corrections they are still not worth it. Thanks for the video and info nontheless.

Maria, Port St Lucie is rated the second safest city in the US!! Not to say there's zero crime, but that should tell you something!

Port st Lucie is not dangerous everywhere in this planet have something. But l use to live there sale my house But l regret my house now is more than double l bought it in 2018

@@HuberRealEstateGroupofFlorida I had never been to an establishment to do my incomes taxes until I went to one in pstlucie where there’s was an armed security guard and dozens cameras.

@@mariagomes9882 sounds like you were well protected at that establishment. Port st Lucie takes things very seriously. Some hospitals have metal detectors. Schools have high security points to enter the building and they have zero tolerance for any kind of threats. This doesn’t mean their measures are implemented due to previous crime in the area. It’s more so due to crime in other areas and they are simply preventing bad things from happening.
