Thank you for watching! All of these communities mentioned can be considered high end with the high quality builders and amenities. Each community varies in size, Riverland and PGA Verano with the most homes, therefore more amenities. Esplanade will have around 600 homes and feature concierge services.

Very informative video! I liked the fact that Port Saint Lucie is rated the 2nd safest place to live in the US / flood insurance is not required and price point advantage !
