- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese*
- ½ cup grated feta cheese*
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried basil (or aromatic herb of your choice)
- ¼ onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 lemon
Note: You can use only one type of cheese.
