Just tried this meditation. I found it very uplifting n calming. I didn't want it to end and it seemed to be 5 minutes instead of 15! Wonderful! Thank you so much! Kx

This meditation helped me crawl out of being a debbie downer today. At first I was resistant to visualizing my day ahead. But, I ended up finding it very helpful. I appreciate the different foci you share. Thank you.

Thank you, I was super exited before the meditation and after I felt calm and my head was at peace, before too many ideas crashing back and forth and I’m still exited to go about my day, but with a calm start.

I appreciate what you have put together here. I also tend to prefer music in the background. I also tend to prefer focus on the energy centers. I’m not sure if I would do this meditation again, but I’m grateful for your time!

Thank you so much! Your voice is so soothing..question, when I sit cross legged my legs go numb, is it ok to do these meditations lying down with a pillow? - yes I listen to your vid every morning I’m going to share with my mom as well. Really appreciate your kindness for making these.

Hi Falak, you can listen to these lying down, sitting in a computer chair, or even on a couch. There's no formal meditation posture required. If you like sitting cross legged, I suggest sitting on a pillow or cushion where your rump is elevated above your legs. So instead of having your legs on the cushion, only your rump is on the cushion and your legs are crossed on the floor, giving you some elevation, letting the blood flow a little better. I hope that makes sense!

Wish there was more time to actually medidate on the concepts. Felt rushed. When we are supposed to open our eyes it was a bit abrupt..not a slow coming back to urself.
