So glad I found this video! I’ve been dealing with elbow pain for 2 months now and after watching this video I believe i have golfers elbow! Just ordered the band it strap and going to look into some stretches as well. Thank you so much

What to do with soreness of the elbow?i believe i slept the wrong way its only been hurting all day today

Thank you, doctor, for the advice. I have some questions about that brace. I read some reviews on Amazon about it. A few of them mentioned the velcro strap irritated their skin. Others mentioned the strap broke. Have you run into any of these issues? It sounds like a good strap but I don’t know about its longevity.

Hi inhaleexhale, First off, love the name! I have never had patients complain of the Velcro strap bothering their skin, but is could I guess as the velcro does not have a backing. I think that might be happening if someone has it cranked down too tight. Regarding the strap breaking, I have never heard of that and given the construction of the strap I would find it hard to do. Again, maybe someone wailing on it when they are putting it on. I have patients who have worn it for years without issue. I do know there are some knock-off straps that looks similar, maybe the issues were with those. Thanks for your questions and I’ll update my answer if I hear back differently from any of my patients. Bought the brace. It compresses the complete circumference of my arm. It does not work as described. On smaller arms, it may do what you said- only compress the muscle, which is why it worked for the woman in the video. Looking a bit closer, the link to the Band-IT product is an Amazon Affiliate LINK that was not disclosed. This means that Mr Pedersen gets a commission when you buy this product using that link. The FTC requires youTubers to "Clearly and conspicuously disclose relationships with merchants, brands, or products on their sites". Since this was not done, we can conclude that he is being dishonest and the video is really just an advertisement. Nice disguise though.
