This topic made a lot more sense when you related ADH to alcohol and water retention. Everyone can now have a basic understanding of the hangover effect since more water is being released yet still hydrated.

So ADH makes us hold water? Is it specifically water or is it other liquids too? But good video overall with well thought out explanations.

Prior to this video I was not aware of the SIADH condition. I wonder, due to the increased water retention, what sort of effects the condition would have on blood volume and/or blood pressure?
