@@reggiespivey2636 it's not the offense I'm talking about but the defensive effort and playing hard for 48 minutes and the terrible iso possessions they have at times. This team doesn't play with a chip on their back or with a sense of urgency and you need that to win a championship. They're way too soft.
@mcorefitness16 күн бұрын
I've been saying this all year and even last year the Celtics don't play hard enough for 48 minutes for 24 seconds. Also, when they're not making threes they don't have an alternative. That's on the coaching staff. They need more ball movement and player movement which will open up the court for open looks and driving lanes. Standing around the three-point line allows the defense to rest and also allows them to load up on Tatum and Brown.
@CS-np2oo16 күн бұрын
Somebody send this to Mazzulla.....
@wklguy237616 күн бұрын
Nah man. This is an example of the math Joe always talks about, they hit 24 threes on 50%, we shot 38% which is average but on only 32 attempts which is unusually low for us. If anything credit to the Heat for taking us away from our typical gameplan. We needed to take more threes, not less.
@danielthompson392816 күн бұрын
We needed less turnovers, more rebounds, and to play some darn defense. Change those things and keep everything else the same and we would have won this game.
@emmanuelvelez282316 күн бұрын
Even in game one they should play less on 3pt they have better chances by going mid or to the rim. But idk just lets them play that way and see if we got results
@mcorefitness16 күн бұрын
I understand the math point but this game was about effort and energy on the defensive end. The C's let Miami get comfortable and didn't play with physicality and more intensity. They have to play harder and with more passion. They allowed Miami to get in a rhythm. The playoffs is about effort, desperation and energy and Miami had all 3. Shame on the C's for not understanding that.
