Күн бұрын

Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, On April 25th 2022 I was Peacefully Exercising my 1st Amended Rights at the United States Post Office in Belair, Maryland. The Postal Clerks & PostMaster Insisted I wasn’t permitted to record in a Federal Building. After calling the Police he was promptly educated…We had a surprising conversation at the end. Also stay tuned to hear about how the police violated their BWC Policy…Please be sure to hit the like button, it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

In my opinion post master Tom deserves his job, although he was under educated in the beginning, instead of hiding behind the counter and escalating, while waiting for the police he went to the lobby to look for poster 7, immediately posted it, learned a little bit, and basically admitted he was wrong, i mean hey, lets face it in order to know anything we have to be taught and there usually isnt a day that goes by that I myself dont learn something postmaster Tom did well, didn't become disrespectful even when he was asking you to leave, and seemed to have a open mind, I love the way you go about things respectfully, and highlight good encounters as well as bad, and give credit where credit Is due, good job by all in this video, and this is what makes you my favorite auditor

OUR CONSTITUTION does not profess to have been established simply by the majority; but by “the people;” the minority, as much as the majority. If our fathers, in 1776, had acknowledged the principle that a majority had the right to rule the minority, we should never have become a nation; for they were in a small minority, as compared with those who claimed the right to rule over them. Majorities, as such, afford no guarantees for justice. They are men of the same nature as minorities. They have the same passions for fame, power, and money, as minorities; and are liable and likely to be equally - perhaps more than equally, because more boldly - rapacious, tyrannical and unprincipled, if intrusted with power. There is no more reason, then, why a man should either sustain, or submit to, the rule of a majority, than of a minority. Majorities and minorities cannot rightfully be taken at all into account in deciding questions of justice. And all talk about them, in matters of government, is mere absurdity. Men are dunces for uniting to sustain any government, or any laws, except those in which they are all agreed. And nothing but force and fraud compel men to sustain any other. To say that majorities, as such, have a right to rule minorities, is equivalent to saying that minorities have, and ought to have, no rights, except such as majorities please to allow them. - Lysander Spooner No Treason No. 1

But don't worry he isn't open to free speech or truth, he'll delete this comment that point's out he either can't read, or is a dishonest POS. He's probably not in tex but most states would rule the same. "Therefore, government buildings are property “of another” for purposes of the trespass laws. As one Texas court put it, “[i]n a case involving public grounds, the State satisfies the burden of the ‘of another’ element of the criminal-trespass statute by proving, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the complainant has a greater right of possession of the property than does the accused.” Wilson v. State, 504 S.W.3d 337 (Tex. Ct. App. 2016)." as far as I'm aware no states say you need to commit a crime to allow you to be trespassed, Penn doesn't I haven't read them all. You are so wrong. Even in Texas video /pictures are allowed in public places. In the case of post offices the only people who Cannot take pictures or video are the employees themselves and that’s because they signed a contract for employment that says so, we didn’t! Also The Supreme Court ruled long ago that you cannot trespass anything your eyes can see, if they want privacy in public they must create it, examples; a door, office, or area posted No Unauthorized Entry. Hundreds of auditors around the country do this everywhere and some for 2nd Amendment as well where permitted to open carry firearms.

@@user-ks6fr8mh1u You are arguing a point I'm not making. If you are asked to leave you must leave, not leaving when asked is trespassing. They can ask you to stop filming or leave, if the filming was illegal they could just arrest for that and wouldn't need to ask you to leave, asking you to leave is one way they can protect information, you failing to leave is the illegal thing. Obviously though if the guardian of a property asks you to leave and you fail to follow that request the charge is trespass, it's not even complicated.
