If you are a postnatal parent, you may be adjusting to all the shifts happening in your mind and body after birth. This transition requires patience as you slowly move into another phase of parenthood. I've created this short meditation video to help support you during this postpartum period💜. Take some quiet time to refresh your mind and nourish your body.
Join me for this brief postnatal meditation. It will be easy to fit in anytime of day🌼. No props needed. Folded blanket or throw pillow optional. You may do this practice seated or lying down.

i did this video it was so relaxing.But when i wasnt like i shifted then my alert from my phone sound and said something stupid and rlly scared me.But i did it again and after that i was very straight like i was free from staying unstraight Its my first time meditating and i wil continue i felled like the real world didnt existed anymore.thank u.❤😄
