Today is Day 12 of Postpartum Workout Challenge: POSTPARTUM TABATA HIIT WORKOUT! I used 7 lbs dumbbells, but choose a weight that feels good for you or use filled up water bottles. I include modifications for diastasis recti or post c-section. I hope you feel amazing after this 20 minute postpartum workout!

Loved this workout! I'm 8 months pp and the 7lb dumbbells were perfect. Loved the music too. Was definitely the right amount of challenge for a workout, not easy and not extremely difficult

Loved this workout, thank you so much!! Every evening, I complete one of your sessions and I feel like bit by bit my strength and confidence are returning. It also is so energising after a wonderful but long day with my little one, and gives me a boost for the night and next day ahead! Usually clearance is 6-8 weeks after c-section and I would start without the weights (just the same arm movements) and any of the modifications:) 💞

Yes, usually clearance is 6-8 weeks post c-section for low impact postpartum.
