When I first moved to New York City in the summer of 1997, my first job was waiting tables at Lidia's "Frico" restaurant. It was my first Saturday or Sunday brunch working there, and Lidia was in the kitchen overseeing the flow of fricos out to the dining room. The ones she made back then were single-serving (like 6 inches), crisper and more thin, and topped with a mixed green salad. They were so delicious. Hi Lidia! Thanks for the memories.

I have been eating fricos and frittatas since I was a child, Now at 60+ I will eat one almost every day no matter what is in them . This particular one is a WINNER 🏆 !!!!!!!
