tbf, barring a small section of Arsenal fans he was never under that much pressure, the goal with him was always squad overhaul, rebuild, ground up type thing, and I'd say 90-95% of Arsenal fans knew that and were willing to give him time, especially when some of the dead wood was moved, the toxic egos were rid of and the games themselves, whilst maybe not results straight away, started showing and when the results started showing, that small section of fans vanished overnight it's not like Potter at Chelsea where everyone hated him, or Mourinho at United who lost the dressing room and the fans, or even when he was at Spurs and lost everyone, there was never that much pressure on Arteta because of the context surrounding it, and most Arsenal fans seemingly are a lore more patient than United fans for an example, in understanding rebuilds don't happen overnight

He's a decent coach, towards the end under him we were starting to get better (not the worst Chelsea manager I've seen by a long shot), but he's not a Man United manager. They're just like us, they need big egos/personalities in their managers cos the club naturally attracts those types of players, you need to have authoritarian characteristics or you'll get run over. Upper mid table is his spot I think, the Spurs job is his potential zenith - big club but with reasonable expectations who feel whole when prioritizing pretty football over winning.

I like Graham Potter and even I know that job is a disaster waiting to happen for him. He couldn’t handle the egos at Chelsea and we expect him to handle an even worse mess at United? Everton, West Ham, Brentford, Wolves, these are the kind of jobs Potter would fit and help elevate. Hell Luton Town when they go down would be a nice fit. Forest too.

Potter's not a bad shout. He might not be 10+ years empire material, but he could lay the foundations for the next (or the next next) manger to do so. Stabilise the dressing room, get rid of dead/toxic weight. It's more a question of whether Ratcliffe decides to sacrifice short term hype for playing the long game.. which, let's face it, is by far the most sensible decision now.
