This Leggari Chip floor kit comes with more product in it than any kit on the market. You’ll have all the materials you’ll need to do a 100% broadcast Chip floor using Leggari’s industry-leading epoxy system.
These floors give an extremely clean look mimicking Terrazzo. Epoxy floors are cost-effective and easy to install. Our Leggari Chip Floor Kits are designed to go right over your existing interior concrete floors. They’re easy to install and easy to maintain. Add our famous Urethane Top Coat for even more chemical resistance and durability.
This kit includes Primer, Epoxy, and 1/4″ Chips, with an optional Top Coat.
Once your kit is purchased we will email the step-by-step tutorial videos on how to install this kit. These tutorials will be on the emailed receipt and sent to the email you use during the checkout process.

Whats the weight for a (per) sq foot done this way? This would be an interesting alternative flooring for my travel trailer!

I think it looks fantastic! Are you going to do the walls just like the countertops and then mount them once they’re dry, on a second piece of wood for the inside of the wall? Same with the roof? I’m just visualizing the entire trailer completed with everything done?🥰You could even advertise with a sample on the outside of the trailer and your logo?

Most all our products will work on concrete if it is prepped correctly! You can find videos on prepping the concrete for overlays in some of our other videos.

This is the same product and technique we use for garage floors so if you've been into a garage with a floor coat it will be similar to that :)

Please can you name the tool you used for creating the curved coving edge at the kickboards? I need one for doing wet rooms.

It's called cove trowel, but I would recommend rubber wipe down blade for that kind of work.

These trailers flex and the floors move especially with a load inside. How does it hold up to flexing and such?

I don’t see this lasting at all they move a ton especially with the point load of the tires.

I've only been doing this for a little over 4yrs, so I'm a master in this whole trade. As there are so many ways that things can be done. But with the company that I work for, we do more of commercial jobs rather then residential. However for circumstances like this, we use a flexible epoxy that flexes with floor vibration to reduce floor cracks throughout its life span.
