After watching a lot of this guys videos, I wrapped my Indian Motorcycle. It came out really good for a beginner. I have some glue lines, a couple tiny little wrinkles, basically unnoticeable unless you get really close, and only in a few spots. Most of them are tucked away where you'll never see them. Indians, especially mine (Roadmaster) are full of tons of complex curves and recesses. If you really want to wrap, go for it. I did a really decent job and started on one of the hardest bodies. I've only worked with accent pieces on vinyl. This hood would be very intimidating to me with all the scoops that face different directions. If I had 2 tries, I think after having seen this I could doo a half decent job. So satisfying

You make this look so easy I want to go out and buy a full roll of vinyl and get started on my own car. However, something tells me it isn't going to turn out quite the same way. I have a sneaking suspicion I would probably end up stuck under the vinyl on the car.

I started doing that just with peoples hoods that I know, and you are right he makes it look like a walk in the park, but it isn’t, even the most flat simple hoods are hard! But it’s all knowledge and experience that’s needed ofcorse, because I have gotten better and it has gotten easier

Hi Christian, just wanted to say a massive thanks for all your advise and tips on wrapping a bonnet. I am a complete novice and wrapped the bonnet on my car today using your tips. Apart from it taking a few attempts 😉 and over 4hrs I ended up with an amazing job. Problem is now I have todo the rest of the car 😉 Keep safe!

Thanks to your video and amazing explanation I wrapped the hood of my 22’ Charger Hellcat and I finished in 1 1/2 hours. Took forever but you made it easy! Great video!

I did it on my challenger and I had problems with the corners on the bottom on the hoods. You do it (with experience of course) so effortlessly. BTW that CAM GO is great to see your work as first person view. Thank you for your videos.

I enjoy the POV videos really shows the details... Im terrible at cutting the edges. I guess it just takes practice.. You make it look so easy. Im in the middle of my first wrap job now. Im using Hexis and its a different animal than Avery for sure.

so I watch this few years ago and it was amzaing and I want to say this is the video that made me stay away from heating when I didn't need to ........ I might be a pyro or something but thats a whole other topic I'm about to do my 2021 Hellcat durango hood and just rewatching this it reeforced somethings that I need to make sure I'm doing to save time and letting the surfacs work for you instead of trying to work the job my way .

I just bought a 2020 Widebody Scat Pack last September, which has this original Hellcat style hood. I traded my 2016 in on it, which I had bought with a matte black hood wrap on it an I really liked that R/T hood like that. I've been watching your videos for a couple years and this video definitely shows me that this is something I can do myself. Thanks for the video.

I've had my hood wrapped twice by a pro but it wrinkles around the middle scoop for some reason, he says he uses 3M. have you had this issue?

G'Day Christian.......wow lovin the satin wrap, i love anything satin, for me it just looks soooo good when done properly. Still lovin the GoPro thanks heaps for doing that. Hey man. I bought those gloves you have linked. Needless to say, they are absolutely aweful. They were falling apart halfway through a full color change. Also dont look like the ones used here. I would like to buy the ones you actually have. Im on my 30th pair bought online and they all have the same issue. My next buy is gonna be from fellers where i get my vinyl. But if you have a recommendation from somewhere id appreciate it.
